Peapack-Gladstone Bank Helps Needy Children Have a Happy Holiday

For those of us in New Jersey that are still recovering from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, the holidays are probably the last thing on our minds.  But this year, more than ever, many local families will not be able to afford holiday gifts for their children.  The smallest gift can mean a world of difference to a child in need.  That is why Peapack-Gladstone Bank is proud to partner with the United Way in making the holidays happy for local children of all ages.

In conjunction with the United Way of Northern New Jersey Gifts of the Season holiday drive, Peapack-Gladstone Bank is accepting unwrapped gifts for needy children and teens now through December 6 at its Somerset County locations in Bridgewater, Gladstone, Far Hills, Hillsborough, Warren and Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge locations.  Additionally, donations for the Hunterdon County United Way Holiday Hands drive are being collected at the bank’s Hunterdon County branches in Califon, Clinton, Oldwick, Pottersville and Whitehouse.

So join Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s yearly tradition in bringing holiday cheer to needy families right in our own communities.  This year, more than ever, it comes at a time of great need.  By working together, we can make this year’s toy drive the most successful ever!

Thank you Walter for your feedback. Each and every year Peapack-Gladstone Bank gives back to the communities in which we do business by donating monetarily to more than 250 charitable organizations located both within and outside of the communities in which we do business. Peapack-Gladstone Bank is presently collecting monetary donations on behalf of the Hurricane Sandy Relief Fund set up by Governor and Mrs. Christie at all of our branch locations including Headquarters. Checks made payable to the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund can be dropped off at any of the bank's 23 branches or mailed to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, P.O. Box 700, Bedminster, NJ 07921 Attn: Rosanne Schwab. The bank is matching $5,000 in contributions to aid New Jersey hurricane victims.

Each year we run various drives at our locations to assist the United Way of both Northern NJ and Hunterdon County, and employees, customers and the bank are very generous. We contribute several loads of items to the United Way drop off locations each year. Last year the bank also contributed numerous Shop Rite gift cards to the United Way holiday drive to assist the needy. This year employees will also be volunteering on behalf of Peapack-Gladstone Bank at the United Way warehouse to sort gifts for distribution.

Thank you once again for your feedback.
