It seems like everyone is princess-obsessed these days, including my two-year-old daughter, Gianna.  This craft is proof that you don't need to spend a lot of money to feel like royalty.  With some tulle from the craft store and a pair of dollar-store flip-flops, you can make footwear fit for a queen.
