First Time Homebuyer Seminar

More than a third of recent home buyers were first time buyers, according to the most recent Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers by the National Association of Realtors.  For those new to the homebuying experience, the steps to purchase a home can seem like a daunting task but when new buyers are prepared it can be a smooth transition to their ideal home.

I will be hosting a free First Time Homebuyer Seminar on Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at 55 Madison Avenue, Morristown, NJ – located across the street from Morristown Medical Center, next to the Interstate 287 overpass.

The event is open to anyone currently looking to purchase their first home or those interested in buying a home in the future. Home affordability is at an all time high and there are great programs available for first time buyers.

The seminar will be lead by me and my colleague, attorney Katrina L. Campbell from Courter, Kobert & Cohen. Materials will be provided and light refreshments will be served. Questions are encouraged as it will be a casual atmosphere to help inform those interested in buying their first home of the homebuying process and to educate them on the current real estate market.

Space is limited so please register in advance by contacting me at jgulish@kw.com or 908-303-0926. For more information check out the attached flyer or visit http://openingdoorsnj.com/buyer-resources/first-time-buyer-seminar/.  Hope to see you at the seminar.
