Search For Rabbits at Macculloch Hall

Children and their caregivers can explore the gardens and learn about rabbits.

Are there rabbits running wild in the garden at Macculloch
Hall Historical Museum?
On Tuesday,  from 1:15 p.m. to 2 p.m. children three to five years old and their caregivers can search for the signs of rabbits in the garden.  While in the garden, children learn how rabbits communicate with each other and what rabbits will eat during the winter when the fall feast of grass and garden crops is over. In addition to visiting the garden, children will hear a story about rabbits and make a rabbit mask to take home.  Growing in the Garden is a year-round program meeting twice a month at Macculloch Hall Historical Museum. The program lasts 45 minutes.  Pre-registration is required.  The cost for the program is $8 per pair (child and caregiver) for Museum members and $12 per pair for non-members.
There is a $5 discount for pre-paid registration on four sessions. Call (973)
538-2404 ext. 16 or email cwinslow@maccullochhall.org to pre-register.
