Matthew Niemczyk Appointed to Board at The Phoenix Center

Morris Plains resident, Matthew Niemczyk has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Phoenix Center, a state-approved private school serving students with autism and other developmental disabilites.

Niemczyk is a Financial Advisor with AXA Advisors in Nutley, NJ.  Prior to joining AXA, he held positions with Langdon Ford Financial and Merrill Lynch.  Mr. Niemczyk holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a member of the Penn State Alumni Association.

"We are thrilled to welcome Matthew Niemczyk to our board," said Dr. Geralidine Gibbia, co-founder and executive director of The Phoenix Center. "Talented volunteers like Matt are the backbone of our Center. He brings a unique perspective and expertise."

Now celebrating 20 years of service, The Phoenix Center is a private, not for profit school in Nutley (Essex County) serving children with autism and other developmental disabilities from nearly 70 towns throughout northeastern New Jersey.
