Malfunction Causes Watertower Waterfall

Auto control failure to blame for the Honeywell tank overflowing.

The south side of Honeywell was a little wetter than usual this morning as the auto controls for their water tower malfunctioned causing intermittent overflow.

Morris Township administrator Timothy Quinn, where Honeywell World Headquarters is currently housed, said that the manager on site reported
they lost their auto controls for the tank and are using manual controls until repairs can be made.

The tank is only overflowing briefly until the pumps are shut off. This morning residents caught glimpses of the cascade, including one flying above the complex in a helicopter.
