Morris Township PBA to Build Planting Area for Students

Woodland School classes will use grown plants for learning.

The Morris Township PBA Local 133 will be building a raised planting area at Woodland School to help students learn about botany and grow their own plants.

Volunteers will come together for the project on March 2 at 10:30 a.m. at the school.

Heather Jones, the local PBA president, said the union members will be donating time and labor to the school and principal. After the project is complete, the students will be able to use the planting area to grow their own plants, which could later be used in the classrooms.
