Asian Art Apprisal at Museum

Consultant will meet with the public

An Asian Antiques Roadshow will come to the on Sunday, March 25 at 1 p.m.

Martin Lorber, a specialist consultant with the Winston Art Group in New York City will appraise up to three objects for members of the public.

Objects from China, Japan, Korea, India, Nepal, Tibet and Southeast Asia will be appraised by Lorder who comes from a family of Old China Hands. His professional work in the area of Asian art includes 13 years with Sotheby's New York as Director and founder of the Japanese/Korean/Indian/Southeast Asian Department. He is a featured appraiser on the Antiques Roadshow, a WGBH production televised nationwide on the PBS network.
