Business Provides Help With Healthcare in Morristown

New Jersey residents seeking skilled nursing and home health aid services in parts of Essex, Union, Passaic and Bergen Counties have a local option.

Executive Care has opened a new office  at 301 E. Hanover Ave. Suite 6 in Morristown, servicing all of Morris County and parts of Essex, Union, Passaic and Bergen Counties to help New Jersey residents seeking skilled nursing and home health aid services.

Beth Marshall, the entrepreneur launching the business alongside her husband, father and several other family members, is taking the small business ownership leap after years of experience as a social insurance specialist with the Social Security Administration (SSA). In that position, Marshall played a critical role as a fiduciary to the general public, assisting people applying for retirement, survivor, disability and Medicare benefit programs.

“It’s exciting to be partnering with a full-service home care franchise from New Jersey with a proven business model and deep understanding of the critical role home care is playing in the lives of millions of Americans,” Marshall said. “Our family firmly believe in Executive Care's core values and found it to be the best home care franchise fit for us. Our business is bringing an improved, coordinated level of care to the communities we’re serving so that families here can find the comfort they need for themselves and their loved ones.”

Sensitive to the caregiving needs of those with illnesses and the local aging population, the Marshalls feel individuals should receive care where they are most comfortable — in their home. With their investment in Executive Care, the business-minded family is bringing to Morris County a new level of skilled and non-medical care.

“This is more than just a business endeavor for me — this is a passionate move to make an impact in our community,” Marshall said. “Executive Care is a family-run business that understands in-home care serves everyone, from young children to aging adults — creating organic, lasting relationships in the communities it serves.”

Beth Marshall and her family are aiming to bring up to 50 new jobs to the region in the next two years, and are looking to expand the home care agency’s reach further.

“We’re extremely excited to welcome Beth and her family into our Executive Care family,” co-founder of the company Lenny Verkhoglaz said. “Given its demographics and growth potential, we consider Morris County a premier area to expand our home care services — and we’re thrilled to have these two talented people at the helm for this expansion.”

Established in 2004, Executive Care offers a variety of caregiving and skilled nursing services to help families often overwhelmed with the responsibility of providing care to a loved one — all while ensuring the patient remains in the comfort of his or her own home. In a crowded sector, the company has built a reputation from the ground up.

To ensure the highest quality, Executive Care requires all prospective caregivers undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, verification of references and an employment history check. All caregivers are insured, experienced and undergo skills tests and continuing education training. Registered nurses closely supervise and monitor all staff, conducting periodic evaluation assessments.
