Free Seminar: 'Sleeping Well As You Age'

If you find that you are less satisfied with your sleep patterns as you've grown older, there's an upcoming event that may be helpful. 

Family First HomeCare of Morris Plains will host a free seminar at their Speedwell Avenue office in Morris Plains on Wedneday, June 15, entitled "Sleeping Well As You Age."

The presenter will be Dr. Matthew Epstein, who will talk about ways to get restful and more fulfilling sleep. Dr. Epstein is the Associate Director of the Atlantic Health Sleep Centers. He practices Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Pulmonary and Allergy Associates.
