New Coldwell Banker Opens

Location on Route 10, across from closed branch.

Local officials and leaders from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY cut the ribbon on the company’s new Morris Plains/Parsippany office on 1767 Route 10 East in a ceremony on Tuesday, April 3.

There will be an additional Open House Reception for the public, complete with refreshments, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 14.

“This new location makes our experienced team of 45 real estate agents conveniently and directly accessible to all the markets we serve,” Al Garcia, branch vice president, said of the new office in a statement sent to Patch. “Our agents live and work in those areas, making them an invaluable resource for local homebuyers and sellers,” said Garcia.

Attending the ribbon-cutting alongside Garcia and his team of real estate professionals were Morris Plains Mayor Frank Druetzler, Council President Roman Zabihach and Councilman George Coogan. Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY also attended, as did the company’s Central Region Vice President John Bradley.

The new office in Morris Plains is located across the highway from the previous location on Route 10 West in Parsippany. However, the new office faces the road and boasts neighbors in its shopping center such as , Pancheros, Sprint and .

Technological improvements have been added to the new Coldwell Banker office to enhance the real estate experience for customers, according to the bank. They includethree conference rooms with large flat-screen TVs that provide virtual tours and appointments, and an office-wide wireless network.

“It’s a very technology-driven look with lots of glass and clean lines, reflecting how the traditional real estate office has been brought into modern times,”  Craig Quinn, the project manager who oversaw the design and installation of the new office, said in the statement.
