Peter Wallburg Joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank

Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select Market:  PGC) and Peapack-Gladstone Bank announce the appointment of Peter Wallburg to the position of senior managing director – wealth.

Mr. Wallburg will be instrumental in growing the Bank's wealth management business bringing personalized client service to both new and existing clients.   

 

A resident of Whippany, NJ, Peter brings with him 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving most recently as senior director of wealth management at Bank of New York Mellon where he successfully managed two wealth advisory teams in both New Jersey and New York City.  Peter is an innovative strategist with a solid track record in the expansion of revenues through the development of wealth management innovative strategies in the high-net-worth market, yielding high rates of success.  In previous roles at Bank of New York Mellon and Chemical Bank, Mr. Wallburg was instrumental in middle market lending and in the management and expansion of portfolio loans and other credit facilities, coordination of sales, business development and market initiatives in a diverse range of industry.

 

Peter earned an A.B. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and MBA in Finance from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.  He is a member of the NJPAC Business Round Table, Business Board of the MAYO Performing Arts Center in Morristown, NJ, Vice Chairman of the North NJ Board of Junior Achievement and Lecturer at Montclair State University.
