A commercial project is proposed for the Hanover-Morris Township border

A supermarket and other retail businesses are proposed for a site at the intersection of Horse Hill Road and Hanover Avenue.

1) The Developer

Hanover and Horsehill Development of Springfield

2) The size

A community shopping center of 100,000-square-feet with a 86,150 square foot supermarket, counting outdoor display and floral areas.

3) Plus

Another retail use and a pad site for a bank.

4) The objector

So far, only the Stop n Shop in Hanover Township has objected publically

5) Timing

The planning board has been hearing the plan since September 2011.
