Out and About: At the Pub, the Supermarket, the Bagel Shop

That poor Statue of Liberty guy from Liberty Tax Service has to stay out in the cold, but the rest of the locals seemed to be scuttling from car to store as quickly as possible. Warren Westura checked into a few local businesses to see who was "out and about."
