UPDATE: Two Stolen Cars Reported in Morris Twp.

Morris Township Police said there were two cars stolen from residents' driveways on Friday. There was also a report of theft and burglaries.

Morris Township PD Investigates 3 Home Burglaries

Detectives from the Morris Township Police Department are investigating three residential burglaries. The single family homes were burglarized on Thursday, April 4 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Western Avenue, Brigade Hill Road and Columbia Road.

Morris Plains Resident Among Those Registered for Boston Marathon

Tragedy hit in Boston as two explosions near the Boston Marathon finish line left many injured and three dead. Many were worried back at home in New Jersey with 562 runners registered from this state. Locally, there were four Morris Plains residents registered for the Boston Marathon: Stacey Graham, Carl Weaver, Annette M. Young and Eugene R. Napolitano, 66. There were no reports of injuries to any of the New Jersey contingent

Michael Aberback, 37, of Morristown was in critical condition after a multi-vehicle accident Saturday, April 20, on the Garden State Parkway that killed another motorist.
