Amy Hamilton is a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, who has been teaching for over 30 years. Her students are encouraged to explore deeply all aspects of yoga, develop a home practice, and are given instruction to avoid injury. Her teaching offers a way to find alignment of the body and steadiness of the mind.
