Alzheimer’s Disease: Decisions in Care A Morris County Caregiver Conference 

Alzheimer’s disease is life-changing for both the diagnosed individual andthose close to them. There are many complex issues and difficult decisionsthat caregivers face while providing care. This special half-day workshopwill address care options and planning for advanced illness, legal andfinancial planning, tips for partnering with your health care provider and theuse of Advance Directives and Practitioner Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST).

Breakfast will be provided by Arden Courts of Whippany.
