Grand Opening of Coccia Realty of Madison
Coccia Realty, Inc., Madison’s newest boutique real estate agency, will be hosting their Grand Opening celebration on Thursday April 7 from 4-8pm.
“We are very excited about this opening!” boasts Jeffrey Halpern, Vice President-Branch Manager. “Madison and the area have never seen an office that will be so conducive to needs of both our clients and our Realtors and what better way to show it than by opening it up to the area. Everyone is invited.”
The office built with today’s real estate market climate in mind, promotes a relaxed yet professional atmosphere with a coffee house feel and interactive conference rooms and agent space both hardwired and wireless.

“This being our fourth office, we have developed the perfect culmination of the use of space for an office while being in the center of this most vibrant community,” states Jan Kwapniewski, President of Coccia Realty, the 50 year old firm, and designer/general contractor. “By having this celebration, we want to show the community that we are more than just your everyday real estate company and that we are here to stay.”
The Grand Opening event will be held at their new office at 49 Main Street, Madison, on Thursday, April 7, from 4-8pm. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 4:30 with both Madison Mayor Mary-Anna Holden and NCJAR President Wendy Worthy, with other dignitaries to take part. Entertainment will be provided by local Harpist Kristy Chmura, while the food and refreshments will be prepared and served by The Victorian of Elmwood Park, as well as Bagel Chateau, C&J’s Deli and Hello Cupcakes all of Madison.
