A Morris Township man pleaded guilty Thursday to videotaping a woman in the shower and sexually assaulting her, according to a recent news report.

Allan Goldstein, 62, was arrested in April 2012 after being accused of taping the 23-year-old woman and sexually assaulting her in 2003 while she was asleep on a couch after surgery. The woman told police she discovered a small camera hidden in a tile in her bathroom that had been recording her.

Goldstein was formally charged with sexual assault and invasion of privacy.

Under the plea agreement Goldstein agreed to in court on Thursday, he will serve five years in prison and be required to serve at least four years and three months before becoming eligible for parole, according to the Star-Ledger.
