Cops: 22-Year-Old Had Heroin, Needle

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morris Township police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motorist's phone call to the Morris Township Police Department helped officers locate an intoxicated, drug-possessing driver who'd also recently been involved in a crash, police said.

A person following Morris Township resident Patrick Allocco, 22, on the road June 8 reported to police that Allocco's car was driving erratically, and one of his tires was about to fall off, police said.

Ptl. Mark Osterhoudt found Allocco on Turtle Road in Morris Township and arrested him on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of a substance believed to be heroin, police said.
