Cops: DWI Charge For Wrong-Way Driver

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morris Township police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police say a Berkeley Heights woman was arrested July 16 on charges of driving while intoxicated after she was spotted driving the wrong way on Morris Street.

Morris Township Ptl. Chris Tongring stopped a black Nissan driven by Brianna Sullivan, 22, at just before 2 a.m., Capt. Rich Ferrone said. Sullivan was found to be impaired, and was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and driving without insurance, Ferrone said.

She was released pending a future court date.
