Cops: Woman Was Slumped Over Wheel

Morris Plains officers arrested a woman on a chargee of driving while intoxicated after finding her slumped over the steering wheel inthe Kohl's shopping plaza, police said.

On July 15 at 7:42 p.m, Patrolman Jeffrey Hochman checked on the welfare of the woman, police said. He found the vehicle's operator, Rimma Luskin, 53, of Rockaway, was intoxicated, police said.

Luskin was also charged with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, consumption in a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
