Morris Plains Resident Gets Three Years For Burglary

Sentencing took place at Sussex County Courthouse in Newton.

Enrique Johnson, 20, of Morris Plains was sentenced to three years in prison for burglary Monday, according to Sussex County Prosecutor David J. Weaver. Johnson pled guilty on November 29, 2010, to 2 counts of burglary in the third degree. The charges stemmed from an incident in September, 2010, during which, Johnson admitted, he and a co-defendant broke into a series of vehicles in Sparta and Andover, taking a variety of items.
