Morris Twp. Fire Department 'Takes Wing'

Morristown resident Joshua Wing moves from volunteer to career member of Morris Township's bravest.

Morristown resident Joshua Wing saw his dedication and hard work as a volunteer for the Morris Township Fire Department pay off on Wednesday night as he was sworn in as a career member during the regular meeting of the Morris Township Committee (see the video attached to this post).

According to Township Committeeman Daniel Caffrey, when a retirement opened up a position, Wing was the right man for the job.

"He is a great guy joining a great team," Caffrey said.

According to Caffrey, Wing's dedication as a volunteer firefighter got him noticed.

"I will tell you he answered every single call except when he was working," Caffrey said.

Going forward, work shouldn't be a conflict for Wing.
