Morristown Police: Avoid Washington Street
Utility work in the roadway causing delays in the area.
The Morristown Police are asking residents and visitors to avoid Washington Street to until approximately 1 p.m. due to utility work happening in the road.
According to Lt. Matthew Edwards, the area of the road between Western Avenue and North Park Place is being impacted.
Correction: The police alert incorrectly stated the road was Washington Avenue. However, it is Washington Street that is affected.
