Morristown Teen Admits Lying to Police in Lennon Baldwin Case, Reports Say

Prosecutors will recommend a sentence of three years probation when Michael Conway is sentenced next month, according to news reports.

A Morristown teen who was charged in April with lying to police about whether he was present during the robbery of a Morris Township teen who later committed suicide pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of obstruction of justice, according to a Daily Record report.

Michael Conway, 19, who was facing an unrelated charge of possession of a BB gun for a separate incident in August, also pleaded guilty Monday to a charge of harassment in connection with that arrest, the report says.

The prosecution is recommending a sentence of three years probation when Conway is sentenced March 15, the report says.
