Authorities Seek Alleged Armed Bank Robber

PNC Bank on Route 10 in Randolph was robbed Friday afternoon.

Authorities are seeking a man who allegedly robbed a Randolph bank at gunpoint late Friday afternoon, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said.

According to a statement released by Capt. Jeffrey Paul, a spokesman for Prosecutor Robert A. Bianchi, a PNC bank in the K-Mart plaza on Route 10 was robbed at about 4:10 p.m.

The Major Crime Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, along with the New Jersey State Police, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Randolph Township Police and other local law enforcement agencies are looking for a man described as having a medium build and standing at 6-foot-3 wearing black jeans, black sneakers with white trim, a white shirt under a black long sleeve shirt and white gloves, according to the release.
