Beat the Heat at Morris Township Cooling Center

The cooling center is at Township Hall and is open 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

With the heat index rising beyond 100 this week in Morristown, Mayor Peter Mancuso is taking precautions by opening a “Cooling Center” for residents. 

The Cooling Center will be at Township Hall. The center will operbe open from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. This service will continue until the excessive heat subsides. 

Morris Township residents needing non-emergency assistance may call the Office of the Mayor and Township Administrator at 973-326-7360. In case of an emergency please call 911.
