Subcommittee meetings over the past year led to a spending plan but the members now want public input.

“This year, like last, the freeholders are faced with making with some difficult budget decisions,” said Freeholder Margaret Nordstrom, chairman of the budget committee. “We are thoroughly examining all county government programs, and we welcome any suggestions and recommendations the public and municipal officials may have about county spending.”

Nordstrom said individuals should email their comments to the freeholders in care of the county public information office at jgarifo@co.morris.nj.us.
