Continued public comment to Morris Township Planning Board on its proposed Master Plan Amendment changing the Honeywell tract zoning to permit mixed use under Planned Unit Development. Once implemented, local authorities would be unable to make changes for up to 20 years under the General Development Plan approach requested by Honeywell.
