- Final Flu Clinic in Morris Plains: Seasonal flu vaccine will be available to Morris Plains residents 50 years of age and older at the Community Center on Wednesday, October 26 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Those residents under 50 years of age with chronic illness or who are pregnant may also receive the vaccine by presenting a physician's note. All receiving flu shots should wear short sleeves and bring their Medicare card if applicable.
- St. Virgil's Fall Food Festival: Come to Bretton Woods on Thur., Oct. 27 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for a food festival to benefit students. Cost is $60 for food, beer, wine, and dessert. Participating restaurants are: Primavera Pizza Bistro, Tiffany's Restaurant, Hunan Chinese Room, Tim Schafer's Cuisine, Marjan Persian Grill, Morris Tap and Grill, Hibiscus, Thatcher McGhee's, Gigi's Pizzeria, The Grand Cafe, and Edible Arrangements.
