Former Ronnie's Building Coming Down in August
Site plan for new JP Morgan Chase branch approved.
The building that once housed the popular Ronnie's Deli is expected to be demolished in late August, according to a JP Morgan Chase representative who appeared at Tuesday's planning board meeting in Morris Plains. The branch next door will be expanding into the property.
The planning board approved the site plan via resolution Tuesday.
"This is the opening stage of the project," said borough attorney Christopher Falcon.
