Letter: Carroll, Buccos Thank Voters for Support

To the Editor:  

We would like to thank all of you, the voters, taxpayers, families and seniors, for your support and vote of confidence in this last election. We are humbled and honored to be your Republican nominees in the November election and hope to continue to be your legislative team here in the 25th District.

We could not have been successful without your support. This year with redistricting, the 25th District saw the addition of six new towns. We travelled the new district meeting and talking with thousands of concerned residents. Our message of lower taxes, cutting spending and limited government, coupled with our legislative successes in working with Governor Christie, resonated throughout our new district. This includes introducing and voting for the state's first fiscally responsible budget that closed an $11 billion deficit and cut spending by 9 percent, all without raising taxes. 

Again, we thank you all for your support and we hope to continue to represent you proudly in the Legislature.
