Yoga For Beginners in Morris Township
Sign-up for classes and start a fun exercise routine.
Introduction to Yoga, a program from the Morris Township Recreation Dept., is designed for beginners and for people seeking low-key workouts.
The class, taught by a registered yoga trainer, teaches the basic yoga positions, breathing and relaxing exercise. Classes will take place once a week for 10 weeks.
Monday Evening Class:

Classes begin on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. starting September 19 at the Collinsville Fire House,
Wednesday Morning Classes:

Classes begin on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. starting September 21 at the College of St. Elizabeth
Wednesday Evening Classes:
Classes begin on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. starting September 21 at the Hillside Hose Company. The fee is $45.00 per person.
Winter 2011-2012 and Spring 2012 sessions will follow the same day/time format, starting the weeks of December 12 and March 19.
