HOME BUYER EXPO

HOUSING PARTNERSHIP OF NEW JERSEY IS HOSTING IT'S 22nd ANNUAL HOME BUYER EXPO at County College of Morris in Randolph on Saturday, March 29th from Noon to 4 p.m. The Expo will be held in the Student Center near parking lots 6 and 7.

Over 25 exhibitors providing resources for future home buyers will be featured at the expo.  Focusing on helping renters get started in the home buying process, the Expo is sponsored by the Housing Partnership, a HUD approved, United Way agency and a NeighborWorks America chartered organization.  

“Many of our home owners get started in the process by attending our Expo,” stated Jessica Padilla Gonzalez, Executive Director. “This is our 22nd
are introduced to the home buying process at the Expo. It is a great time to visit with lenders and Realtors and home inspectors - with no pressure.”

Working house-holds of all incomes are welcome to this free event. Children’s activities will be provided by PNC Grow Up Great.

It’s a Great Time to Buy! Home seekers are learning that this is still a great time to buy. Interest rates are low and prices are still within reach of many who could not afford to buy even a year ago. 

Free workshops will be featured, so come early, meet the exhibitors and attend the workshops: 

1:30 p.m. – Morris Habitat for Humanity, Do you qualify?
2:30 p.m. – 2014 Home Buying Trends
