Free Seminar: "Discover Arthritis: Take Control!"

The
Arthritis Foundation, New Jersey Chapter and Family First HomeCare will be co-hosting
a free seminar titled “Discover Arthritis: 
Take Control!” on April 17, 2012 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Family First
HomeCare, located at 374 Speedwell Avenue in Morris Plains.  Topics will include information on types of
arthritis, why exercise is important, balance issues and self-management
techniques.  The guest speaker is Peggy Lotkowictz,
Vice President of Mission Delivery. Peggy became a volunteer speaker for the
Arthritis Foundation in 1996, twelve years after a diagnosis of lupus and
rheumatoid arthritis. Currently, Peggy oversees all community education and
exercise classes throughout the state, as well as all Advocacy and Public
Policy initiatives.  The seminar is free
and open to the public; however, advance registration is required. To register,
