Lecture, “To Marry an English Lord: Tales of Wealth and Marriage, Sex and Snobbery”

Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College at Florham will be holding a lecture in Lenfell Hall of the Mansion on Sunday, October 21st. The speaker at this event will be Carol Wallace, co-author of Marrying an English Lord: Tales of Wealth and Marriage, Sex and Snobbery; and one of the inspirations for the PBS series “Downtown Abbey”. A reception will follow the lecture and copies of Marrying an English Lord will be available for purchase and book signing. All proceeds will benefit Restoration of Florham.
