Photos: Snow Can't Bury Halloween in Morris Plains
Parade still a good time, even with unexpected storm as a backdrop.
Halloween's not usually the snow-on-the-ground holiday (or the trees-and-power-lines-on-the-ground holiday, as it's become in much of the area), but the children of Morris Plains braved the frightful weather for a parade as delightful as it was frightful Monday.
Ghosts and goblins met at Robert's Garden at 4 p.m. and paraded on Mountain Way to Simons Park.
