“Graduates of this program have completed rigorous training and are prepared to meet the growing demand for Surgical Technologists in hospitals, physicians’ offices, outpatient care centers and ambulatory surgical centers,” said Joseph Charleman, MA, CST, CRCST, LPN, Berkeley College Chair, Surgical Technologist and Surgical Processing Technician programs, School of Health Studies.

Graduates of the ST program are eligible to take the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) National Certification Exam, administered through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting.
