Recent MBS Grad Wins Photo Contest

Photo of Vietnam earns top honors at Arboretum.

Congratulations to Morristown-Beard graduate Laura Palladino ’11, who recently won first place in F-Stop High School Photography Contest at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum.

Laura took top honors in the Plants & People category for her photograph, “Vietnam.” Her photograph is currently on display at the Haggerty Education Center’s Atrium Gallery along with 85 other photographs by students from 16 local high schools.

The show is on display throughout July.

Earlier in the year, Laura was also selected to have her work included in the High School Photography Contest at Drexel University in Philadelphia. The Drexel Photography Program received more than 1,600 entries nationwide and Laura’s photograph was one of just 140 images selected for the exhibit.

Laura will attend Syracuse University in the fall.
