Community Update

I have been riding at SHS for over a year, and have absolutely NEVER had a bad experience. The one person who did obviously has issues.
The barn is warm- no need to wait in the cold. Everyone is always asked to arrive early (always), so instructors can see how many children have showed up and what horses to have. On the few occasions I have arrived late because of traffic, life or what have you, my instructor AND the office staff were very forgiving, and every effort was made to accommodate me, in fact my instructor took time from HER break to make sure my lesson was the full hour.
If she was so upset with her treatment, why didn't she take her children home? She was offered a refund, no? Go somewhere else, lady, and stop posting negative reviews of a business because YOU were rude.
