Community Update

I am shocked and appalled by the rudeness of the owner Marc Schumacher. We were made to wait 30 min in the cold because their winter flex camp registration form printed the wrong start time and no one bothered to tell any of the paying customers.

After dropping my girls with the instructor, I walked into the office and said, "Can you please change your registration form? It says 8:30 and we waited for 30 min." Marc stared at me blankly and then after some silence sarcastically said "OK." I replied, "Thank you for your apology." He then became extremely irate and started gesticulating wildly. He then screamed at me to BRING MY CHILD HOME. I said I already paid and he said he'd give my money back. He called me his problem and then said two of his instructors called in sick.

WOW. That is how customers get treated when the owner is stressed out. My daughter had been going to their camp for 5 years but no more.
