An 8-0 season has helped the Delbarton football team to the No. 2 seed in the Non-Public Group 3 playoffs, and a first round matchup with seventh seed Msgr. Donovan (5-3) on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Delbarton.
For Delbarton, quarterback John Shaffer and running back Jamie White highlight an offense that punished opposing defenses to the tune of 39 points per game during the regular season.
But Delbarton was just as impressive on the other side of the ball, recording three shutout victories and allowing less than nine points per game on defense.
