Morris Plains VFW Hits Festival on the Green
Watnong VFW Post 3401 handed out flags, water and information at the annual event.
Those attending last Sunday's Festival on the Green in Morristown may have missed Watnong VFW Post 3401 Morris Plains in the midst of the throng.
But those who found them were treated to an American Flag and a bottle of water. But more importantly, the Post members answered questions from veterans or family members about veteran issues and resources they can look into for help.
Service officer Jim Auriemma also invite eligible veterans to join our post and give them membership forms.
"We enjoyed the beautiful day and look forward to next years event," Auriemma said.
