Jaycees are proactive young men and women who believe that positive impact in their community is the way to build a stronger nation. Chapters of every size, whether in rural communities or metropolitan areas, work hard to sharpen their professional and interpersonal skills by running projects and programs. Skills obtained include business plan development, media relations, project management, and problem solving.
