Whole Foods Coming to Morristown

Texas-based company announced they will move into space currently occupied by A&P on Washington Street sometime in 2014, 2015.

For those looking for their Whole Foods Market fix that don't want to go to Madison or the one recently announced for Parsippany, your prayers have been answered. Well, they will be a year or two from now. During the Austin, Texas-based company's quarterly earnings call Wednesday, it was announced that, among a slate of new store openings, a Morristown location was planned for a 2014, 2015 opening in the space currently occupied by A&P on Washington Street. A&P will retain the space until the end of 2013, said Michael Sinatra, a Whole Foods Market Northeast Public Relations representative. "It's still their space, they're still operating a store there." A&P is disgusting anyway. Rotten meat and produce are a regular occurrence and the store is dirty.   more ›
