Ryan's Clip Joint Celebrates Five Years in Style
Neighborhood barber shop is going strong.
"Hard work is the creator of everything," said Ryan Panepinto, owner of Ryan's Clip Joint. Having just celebrated his fifth anniversary in business, Panepinto knows what he's talking about. "It had always been a dream of mine to own my business," he said. "What kind of business, I didn't know, but five years ago I went out to lunch and I was walking down Speedwell Avenue, saw the 'For Rent' sign and thought, 'Why not?'" That was August of 2005. Six weeks later, after much fast-paced planning and preparation, Ryan's Clip Joint, an old-fashioned barber shop, was born.
