Owner Darrell Giordano turned his childhood hobby into a successful career.
With the World Series fresh in the minds of baseball fans, it seemed like a good time to talk with Darrell Giordano, owner of The Sports Page, located at 546 Speedwell Ave. in Morris Plains. Giordano, a lifelong-Yankees fan, sells a huge selection of sports cards and memorabilia, both in his store and online. How did you get started in this business? My business really got started when I was six years old flipping cards outside of Assumption School in Morristown. That was 1962 and I've been collecting ever since.
