4 Charged in Fight Outside Morristown Bar

Group of Canadians get into altercation with two local men shortly after being denied entry into Dark Horse Lounge.

A group of Canadian men were upset when they were not allowed into a DeHart Street bar at closing time and then got into an altercation nearby with at least two other men over the weekend, Morristown Police said. Shawn Nagy, 34, and Brandon Magliclic, 25, both of Ontario, Canada; Christopher Lloyd, 21, of Morristown; and Brendan McCloskey, 22, of Morris Township, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Sunday at about 1:30 a.m. Morristown Officers Eric Petr and Brian LaBarre were conducting property checks shortly before bars were to let out for the evening when they observed an altercation in front of the Dark Horse Lounge. It could have, Motown Resident, but that was not what was on the police report, just that they were on the corner of South and DeHart. Had it stated that they were in front of 23 South, we could have noted their location. But, they could have been on the other side of DeHart Street, so we can't assume.   more ›
