A Morristown man believed to be involved in two accidents on Interstate 78 was arrested for drunk driving Wednesday, Chatham Borough Police said. Christopher Grandados, 25, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and reckless driving. Police also determined Granados "was involved in at least two motor vehicle accidents" on I-78 before he entered Chatham, according to a statement released by Kevin O'Shea, of the Chatham Borough Police Department. A Dover woman was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when she drove the wrong way on Interstate 287, crashed her vehicle in Parsippany and fled the scene before being apprehended early Sunday morning, State Police said. Natasha Salazar, 19, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to report an accident, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, obstructing the passage of other motor vehicles, willful abandonment and other lesser motor vehicle offenses, according to State Trooper Christopher Kay, of the Netcong barracks.
